These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NailHiring ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of https://nailhiring.app and all related products and services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years old, you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy.

NailHiring is an AI-powered résumé building and job application platform that provides:

• A step-by-step résumé wizard with professionally designed templates.
• AI-powered job description tailoring that generates targeted résumé suggestions.
• An ATS Score Analyzer that identifies keyword gaps between your résumé and a job posting.
• A real-time live preview with inline editing.
• An AI Voice Interview with adaptive follow-up questions and scoring.
• PDF export and sharing functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them.
• Notify us immediately at legal@nailhiring.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent résumés intended to misrepresent your qualifications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or any content that could harm the Service or other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without our prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

You retain full ownership of all résumé content, work experience, and personal information you enter ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service — including its design, code, templates, trademarks, and all content created by NailHiring — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

NailHiring offers a free tier and paid subscription plans.

• Free plan: Limited to a set number of résumés and standard features.
• Paid plans: Unlock unlimited résumés, priority AI processing, and premium features.
• Billing: Charged at the start of each billing period to the payment method on file.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time from Account settings. Takes effect at end of current period; no partial refunds.
• Refund requests: Contact legal@nailhiring.app within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NailHiring and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time in Account settings. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law in your region.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
